Definitely not a douche for asking a question. It's the "action" that earns the title. Sure, you may like the sound of a raspy 4 cylinder, but 99% of everyone else hates it. I know several cars around me that are owned by teens/early 20's kids that have their clapped out pos brz, g86, infiniti, etc exhaust gutted or dumped solely for the purpose of that super shitty popping sound that does nothing but create that stupid fking noise every time they hit the gas. Are they db's? yes, absolutely. If you're gonna do it, do it to a real engine, not a 4 cyl. But, in the end, you do you!

You seem to have such a strong opinion of what others should and shouldn’t do with their 4cyl vehicles. Have you happen to post your 4Runner in this group? You know, so we can judge you on the mods you pick for your vehicle like you’re doing with others and what they choice to do sound wise.
