Absolutely insane that a company posts ads on here like this and then treats customers this way. I’m sure you saw my post but I had a bad experience with them as well. Then Anton from The company had the stones to email and ask if there was anything they could have done to handle it better. Yeah fix my problems and answer my damn emails. Start with that.
Exactly. The admin of this forum should ban them. They are beyond shady. Take Paul to pay Peter bussiness.

Not true. Since you knew as well as every one knew by now you ran your business model "take the money now and worry about everything else after". You guys never delivered products as promise even with month delay. Your customer services don't exist. You don't answer phone calls, emails and chats. Everything about your business is beyond deplorable, shady at best. Yes unfortunately I am one of the victim that had to deal with your shady practices. I hope this forum will BAN you guys from scamming people.

I have sent them everything they asked for and responded to all their emails with no resolution. This forced me to contact my bank, which resulted in them issuing me a full refund.

I probably would have left it alone had they shipped me the unit for my 4Runner, since the Pathfinder cargo system was not functioning properly, which they admitted in an email.

They are shady as hell. Do not go thru with your order. Stay with your dispute. That is what I am doing. I provided my bank with all communication records.
