Hybrid TRD Off Road rear seat depression when folded forward.

Received our TRD Off Road Hybrid this week and looking for a solution to the rear seat depression to flatten out the cargo area when the rear seats are folded all the way forward.

We have three dogs and I want to maximize the rear space for them. Most solutions I've seen have just the rear seat backs folded down, not forward, leaving an upward incline.

Is there a semi solid insert that is available that can level out the back?

Toyota makes some very stupid design decisions at times. It would have been a lot more comfortable for 2nd row passengers if they moved the seats back just a few more inches.
