you have to set the compass on the sides and not the center. It'll show up when you put in a destination. Im using an Android btw

Interesting… yes I set the side compass no bueno on an iPhone (Google Maps yes, not Waze)

Are you saying you're on Android, using Android Auto and Google Maps and you get turn by turn on your HUD / Dash? I only get it from the stock Toyota Nav app.

Yeah im on android, you have to set it to the compass for it to do it.

So you have to put the compass on the left or right gauge, and then it will show?

I have Android auto on and I put the compass on my left gauge cluster and I see the navigation on the left gauge cluster but nothing on my heads-up display? Do you know how to get it on the HUD? I can see the Toyota Navigation on the HUD fine...

I don't have the HUD on my trailhunter, didnt even know the 6th gen came with them to be honest.
