Yes, weeks ago. If you have already removed the air dam, if you go to the dealership, they will give you the new hardware to put back into the holes so they don’t fall out.
I received this same notice and went to my dealership to have it "corrected" (because one side is actually loose and I do want to keep the air dam). I was told by the service manager that they would inspect it and then have to order parts for it and that they would have to HOLD THE VEHICLE until the parts came in. Uhmmm... really?? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not leaving my vehicle with them for a week while a couple of screws sit in a warehouse somewhere.
