Orange flag mount on front? (for sand dunes / trails)

Anybody mount an orange flag on the front ?
Some trails and sand dunes require an orange flag on the front . I'm trying to figure out how to mount one . Has to be able to hit a bar 10' off the ground .

my off the napkin solution would be to mount a metal angle iron or plate to the tie down mount point to mount a flag.
