Front 'Bolt Cover' Removal

I'm in the process of installing this Super Wide A Bar from Vanguard and am required to remove this piece, which they call a 'bolt cover':

Any hints on how it's attached? I emailed for clarification and they said there are two screws. They sent me this video which at least shows the whole shape:

But it's not clear to me where the screws are. Are they in the points I've circled?

If so, how am I supposed to get to those, through the wheel well? I'm not sure I can even see them from there. Do we know what type of screws they are? Then I can at least try to go in blind with the right tool.

That simplifies things -- so just push it inwards toward the radiator and it will pop off?

So mine definitely has screws, they are indeed in the places I circled above. I'm able to get the outer one off but struggling with the inner one as it's pointed somewhat upwards with little clearance behind it. Time to buy some new toys…
