Battery terminal parts

I need some help. I had to take the battery out earlier and the screw that was bolted to it was too tight and I must have bent the battery clamp. There was a bracket to hold it together and when I tried to put it back. Things just got worse and worse. Now I prob have to replace the part. What do I need? I tried to look for battery terminal on the parts list and it doesn't look anything like this.
