Automatic Running Board failure (Platinum)

Have under 2 k likes on my platinum and I love it but today my son closed the passenger side door and as I drove off I heard a noise like a clunk. I pulled over and noticed the passenger side running board isn’t working automatically. If I put it on it off it works but automatically in the driver side is working. Any recommendations? Thanks

Hi, i would take it to the dealer. Good thing then mine is not automatic. Dealer told me they are scrapping the idea of automatic, because they can fail in cold, where i i am in north Canada.
