Anyone install Teton Workshop shift knob yet?

I came across this shift knob “upgrade”. The install seems almost too easy but maybe it is.

Looks very well designed and constructed. Cost is not too bad either. I'll not be buying because I am reducing costs on unneeded modifications. It's boring but I see it as money wasted. However, if I was buying, this would be on my list.

I wonder if Toyota would cite the changer handle as an issue if you reported transmission issues?

That one actually looks pretty nice but kinda expensive. Looks simple and should be a simple install. Might have to add that to my list of maybes

No, you have changed the shift handle. You have not done anything to the transmission.

An ECU or TCU modification would cause you issues if you had motor or transmission problems.
