That’s unfortunate. I’m hesitant to pull the front bumper for any modifications because of all the sensors these cars now come with.

So probably the final addition to this thread. Unfortunately, the light bar had to be removed (at great expense to me) due to the lack of clearance between the front radar and the light bar itself.

After ~3 months of no issues, I received a message on the dash stating "System Stopped Front Radar in Self-Calibration. See Owners Manual".

After attempting to clean the sensor, I brought the truck back to Toyota. They indicated that the light bar had been hitting the back of the radar housing (potholes/bumps/etc.) and could not confirm the issue will not reappear if the light bar was not removed.

I've spoken to Cali-Raised about the issue, and will be sharing the same feedback with their techs for fix on future brackets.

I realize that if i so chose, i could just measure 1/4" back from the current mounting holes and drill new holes in the brackets, but at this point I'm tired of the constant issues I've faced doing what should be a simple bolt on modification.

Please keep in mind that if you have the forward facing radar, this may become an issue even if it is not currently rubbing. Pictures below from the tech:

Damn. This really sucks but thanks so much for sharing your experience. Direct impact on my next mod decision making.
