MICHELIN DEFENDER LTX M/S2 All Season Truck & SUV Tire in 265/55R20 seems to be the only option to replace the OEM tires I shredded on a sidewalk. I only got the back drivers side tire but it seems that I need to replace all 4. Dunlop is the OEM for Toyota on this model but I cannot find any other manufacturers with this tire size, etc. It seems like Toyota was expecting owners to automatically move to a bigger wheel/tire with the build. I'm doing highway/city mileage with no off roading.

There are a lot more 265/60R20 options and that’s 0.1” smaller diameter than the OEM 18” tires 265/70R18.

So I have other options than the 265/55R20 OEM tires? Again, Michelin is the only company with an AS option for a 2025 Limited. Thank you for your response.

Yeah, check out the 265/60R20 options. There are a ton. Only thing to keep in mind is your spare matches the stock diameter. So if you move up to 265/60R20, you should eventually get a spare to match the diameter

but 265/60R20 is found on the LC and Tundra, so it’s a common size in the Toyota world

I’m getting 265/60R20 Nitto Terra Grappler G3 installed tomorrow on my Limited, but that’s probably a bit more of an AT tire than you’re looking for based on your description. There are like 60 other options at discount tire and tire rack, plenty of AS options

I put Michelin Defenders on my 5th Gen and they are a huuuuuge improvement over the OEM Dunlops. I think they are the most-recommended tire on 4runners.com for folks that don't do hard core offroading and don't shop for tires based on looks.

I'm sticking with Cooper. I just ordered the Discoverer Rugged Treks. I hit a curb last week with the OEM Dunlops and destroyed a section of the sidewall. I didn't feel anything abnormal. Just seems like the Dunlops were shitty tires to begin with. Not great in the few inches of snow we got over the weekend.

Just got home with my 265/60R20 Terra grappler G3s and love them! Size works great, as expected (since it’s the same diameter as the OEM 18” tires)
