how is this tracked and do you have to be a Toyota employee for access to it?

yeah here is my 23 tundra from initial status to final status in pics.
original allocation reserve request was submitted 5-4-2022, after wife got tired of waiting we took a slightly different allocation and got a build date faster.
1st pic had original build date of 11-24-2022
2nd pic shows build date pushed to 12-7-2022
3rd pic shows actual build date of 12-8-2022 and put on railcar for shipping
4th pic show a long ass QC hold from 12-12-2022 to 2-20-23 and put on truck for delivery to dealer on 2-20-2023

Yeah a lot of quality issues around that time when your truck was being built. Looking at other builds that are coming into the US right now it’s almost flawless.yeah here is my 23 tundra from initial status to final status in pics.

yeah our tundra is in the recall for having a long block replacement. but we barely have 12k miles on it and it runs just fine, so not in hurry to get in to get it done since i know others are more deserving being dead in the water.
but unlike most people, i did the oil change at 1200 miles and at every 5k mark.
