From my research. Change tranny fluid at 50,000-60,000 miles. Any later, do not touch, let it go. My Tacoma and Tundra, I only used Redline products

Did these too. One stopped working after a couple days. Found it was getting a bad ground through the bracket. Scraped a little paint off each bracket. Worked like a champ

Excess soot would indicate that it’s running rich. Sounds like injectors are bleeding down. I think you should find another dealer

OP, after going through this thread again, I realized I misunderstood which unit you used. I now see it’s a DSP. Which one did you use? Is it the ENX-T330?

Simple fix if you can find the correct pin. De-pin the cut one and crimp on new pin.
