- A tip for anyone doing this: there is a small plastic cover that needs to be removed that gets replaced by the " basket" assembly. To do so it will require removing and replacing 2 of the snap cap things. Just push on the middle of them to release and once out...

I have 0 experience in the Tuning world. Interested to hear that Iforce MAX can come alive much more than it already does. I do know Toyota stays very conservative in "pushing the limits" of their engine / transmission setups.
Curious to know a few things :

Anyone out there have experience or knowledge on protecting seat stitching and piping? I'm quite careful getting in and out but eventually wear will happen. Hope there is something out there to help slow the process.

Interesting, this morning I looked closer at that body seam and sure enough it looks like oil residue caked in. The truck is filthy from a long trip, so the Oil area has collected dirt.
I never had it leak as your initial picture.... since .It looks more like grease ....so the "manufacturing"...

That does seem too clear to be motor oil, even w/ 1000k miles or so. What a frustrating puzzle...Sorry this is happening to you. Keep us posted if you can.
