  1. All wheel Drive and part time AWD difference.

Here ya go! Watch this and it will explain everything.
  2. 4Runner Trailhunter snorkel vs. fresh air scoop (for water fording / river crossing)

I don't think that driving in water that's over the hood is a very good idea. I'm fairly certain that it's not good to submerse your engine under water. Especially if it's a hybrid.
  3. OEM Rigid Fog Lights adjustable color (WHITE <> AMBER) switch on 2025 4Runner Trailhunter & TRD Pro

So, I took my own advice on your post, and reached out to Rigid with your question. I received this response this evening: Unfortunately, we only have the stock videos at this moment, which are shot during the day. I have sent your email and email address to our marketing team to see if they...
  4. OEM Rigid Fog Lights adjustable color (WHITE <> AMBER) switch on 2025 4Runner Trailhunter & TRD Pro

Try getting ahold of Rigid. Since they made the lights, maybe they have some footage that they can publish. I'm rather curious about this, myself.
  5. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control DRCC & Lane Tracing (Safety Sense 3.00) in Action Video + Adjusting Settings

Since I do a lot of driving at night, I'd MUCH rather see Toyota integrate their ADB/AHS headlight system into the 4Runner.
  6. OEM Rigid Fog Lights adjustable color (WHITE <> AMBER) switch on 2025 4Runner Trailhunter & TRD Pro

7.8%? $76,001 for a Tacoma!? This is pure insanity!
  7. OEM Rigid Fog Lights adjustable color (WHITE <> AMBER) switch on 2025 4Runner Trailhunter & TRD Pro

It's about time that an OEM finally figured out that Selective Yellow makes a much better option for, "Fog lights", than white. I'm very happy to see this. I do wonder how effective they really are though, considering most OEM fog lights aren't bright enough to be useful.
  8. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control DRCC & Lane Tracing (Safety Sense 3.00) in Action Video + Adjusting Settings

The first time I drove a car with all of the e-nanny stuff was when we rented a Ford Edge Platinum in Phoenix. I had no idea this car came equipped with any of this stuff. The lane-keeping assist kicked in and I thought I had blown a tire or hit something. I jerked the wheel back to correct my...
  9. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control DRCC & Lane Tracing (Safety Sense 3.00) in Action Video + Adjusting Settings

IF I get one, the very first thing I'm doing, before driving off the dealer lot, is turning ALL of this nanny crap off. I can't stand any of it. With all this garbage it's no wonder that nobody actually knows how to drive any more.
  10. 2025 4Runner TRD Off-Road Spotted!

    I'm all about smoked lights!
  11. No Markup / No ADM Dealers @ MSRP Price for 2025 - 2026 4Runner 6th Gen - List Them

You don't need a broker. If you go into a dealership and prove that you know more about the vehicle than the salesman does, they are about 200% less likely to fuck around with you and try to BS you. Like I said above, I've never paid close to MSRP. Do the research and be an educated consumer...
  12. Manual conversion on 6th gen 4Runner (using Tacoma parts)

My last manual was a 2013 Wrangler, which I absolutely hated. Not the vehicle, but the way it shifted. I only kept it for a little over two years before trading it for a lease on the 2015 F150. In contrast, it replaced a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade which I kept for 10 years and had no desire to...
  13. Manual conversion on 6th gen 4Runner (using Tacoma parts)

I would have agreed with you about 10 years ago, after driving exclusively manual vehicles for about 20 years. After driving an F150 in 2015, I realized how wonderful it was to be able to just relax and drive.
  14. Manual conversion on 6th gen 4Runner (using Tacoma parts)

The manual transmission models have significant HP and Torque losses. I don't see any advantage to doing this.
  15. No Markup / No ADM Dealers @ MSRP Price for 2025 - 2026 4Runner 6th Gen - List Them

I've never once paid close to MSRP on a new car and I won't ever. Be a smart consumer and learn how to whittle down the price and get more for your trade. It's illegal for the Window Sticker (Monroney Label) to NOT be still glued to the window.
