I mostly stay on the road. My 2025 Sport Premium came with Nitto Grapplers size 275/55/20. They handle well on the road and are quiet.

I have 275/55/20. I also drive with the windows up, the A/C on (it is Florida) and the radio volume up so tire noise is never a problem, lol.

I have had the BF Goodrich A/T on my 2006 Ford F-150, 2012 Ford F-350, 2017 Jeep Wrangler and loved them all. I now have a 2025 Gen6 4Runner Sport Premium. Got the 20 inch rims and went with the Nitto Grapplers. It rides good, even better than the Wrangler.

If it weren't for the screws falling off or coming loose this would not even be an issue. Most would just leave it on. Those that do a lot of off roading may be inclined to remove it for more clearance but that would be the only reason for removal.
