Looked at / sat in a LC a week or so ago & got to actually drive a Taco as they had a demo of that. Dealer was expecting March for the first 4R’s. Not far off now & with deliveries already happening south, I’m assuming that’s a somewhat accurate guess.

Would the Land Cruiser offer more factory off roading hardware that you’re looking for? It certainly offers more than I would need as I’m not sure what most of it would do but might be worth a look to get the best of both worlds.

I’ve always assumed garages with the center pillar & 2 single doors were wider/larger & wished mine was, even if it’s a good size, at least for the city, at 24x24 or so. Thanks for reminding me why I should be happy for having all the space of one double door.

No prob! That’s what I thought too. I’m assuming the reasoning has to do with possibly damaging wheels or something in ship shipping. Otherwise I can’t see it makes sense to have stuff installed over here in what looks more like a big aftermarket shop than an assembly line.
