The loud tapping you hear are the direct and port injectors. The reason you hear it more than other model 4R is due to having no sound deadening material on the underside of the hood.

I know what you mean. Here is a set of photos of my 2020 4R. The after photo is due to a 80 yr old lady falling asleep at 65 mph and hitting my driver rear wheel. Ripped it from the rear axle and I rolled it three times. I had to fright insurance to recover money for extras.

Run a 275/70/17 it will have a flatter side wall instead of the bloated one
