It’s actually just 4 bolts, then it slides out with the remaining 2 loosened.

Yes. Got mine at $1500 off MSRP (TRD OR). Dealer had any 4R in stock for $1500-2500 off. Toyota of Seattle Dealer.

I assume this may vary based on your dealer and service department, but as I understand it usually there has to be proof that the modification led to a failure of a part. I highly doubt a leveling kit would void out the warranty. I also don’t think you’ll ever get something concrete in writing...

Has anyone contacted Toyota directly for this? Maybe I’ll email them to see what they say. Edit: I called Toyota and they said to go to the dealer and the dealer will document and then send it up to Toyota. They were unable to tell me if/which model should or should not have threaded frame...

I would think Toyota will come up with a solution to solve for this. What are the dealers saying?
