I feel fortunate that when this happened to me over the summer, there were parts available. I’d be really pissed right now if I had to park my 4Runner to wait a month or two for an O2 sensor.

@Lamuncha FYI the part number is 89467-60270 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor. A quick check online shows availability. Your dealership should be able to get their hands on one fairly quickly.
When I had the issue, my dealership service manager told me it was okay to drive for short period of time until the part came in. Still made me nervous so I limited my driving for the 2 days it took for my replacement part to come in. My O2 sensor failure resulted in my 4Runner running too...
I bought a Sport Premium and immediately replaced the stock wheels with TRD Pros and wrapped them with BFG Trail Terrain T/As. My 4R sees about 90% paved roads. I am happy with my tire choice. Nice and quiet on the highway.
