my wife, her mom, and my mom all need some kind of step. I hate the look of anything at all down there but the trd cast aluminum are the least awful.
If I did much actual off road I would want rock sliders which mount to the frame, not any of the running boards which all mount to the body.
Mine is only a few weeks old, under 1k, and I have the squeal. reverse, light pedal, cool 8:30am in woody hilly shaded area in VA this morning. This is immediately after waking from pulling over to sleep a few hours so truck is cold. It's not raining but it is overcast plus morning dew.
