I bought the OEM wheels from RAVE Offroad. They came with the TRD center caps. I was told they are on national backorder with no available date just yet. The center caps are around $30-$40 each if purchased separately from the dealer.

They bolt on to the body, not the frame. There are 3 brackets that are molded into the cast aluminum. All one piece. Hope that helps!
