And Toy factory solved the backseat gapping issue, while still giving options for space. That under space is solid, and it look great!
Good finds. Love seeing these mods.
My hubby got one for his Tundra, but it was also a hook to get it off the lot. 7 years ago was a lifetime ago.
Today, I doubt there will be any need for incentive to get these off the lot, at least not initially. Frankly, the standard warranty is pretty solid.
I didn't know where to put this, but a few folks (including myself) have been interested in the TRD OR, Premium info. I found this pretty decent inside out of a 2024 Tacoma. Since there are similarities (particularly inside), thought it might be worth a post.
for me, still trying to decide...
I think this will be a great data point to get. I see in general, LC reviews have been good. Interesting on the noise comments, so hoping that the "taco" front config will mitigate some of that.
I take premium has the all in comfort vehicle with ability to handle inclement weather. It’s not an off road focus, as I didn’t see it on the beach during the press reveal.
Which is still fine to me, since inclement weather handling is a priority to me.
I had to go look up the stats. Toyota has been a master at marketing lately, they seem to have a strong market share, so I had to ask myself. Would I buy a Grand Cherokee?
After reading a bit, I have to answer with a No.
Less power. Base model is 60K, and the reviews are not really that...
My understanding is Platinum has both as standard. (Power boards & 14 screen). It should have pretty much every comfort as standard except the kitchen sink. ?
This is why there are choices. I remember one of the LC forum members saying lead with your wallet.
Folks are buying the different models, trims out what not based on personal interests or needs.
Example, I have zero interest in a Lexus. For me, the value isn’t there. And I don’t care for...
1000 refundable. From what I understand refundable is required in Wa state.
From what I’ve seen of them, No market up yet I pulled myself off the LC list to go 4R so not 100% sure
Local dealership, they seem to prefer selling to locals and have treated us well.
Hybrid train for the trucks and SUVs are built for power with the added bonus of a little gas milage. We're getting more power with the I force max, at the same (or similar) MPG as the standard gas engine.
I think they essentially did when they made the statement of: A LC is a safe cargo carrier, gets you and your family/stuff to where you want to be safely. The 4R is the fun ride.
something to that effect. That kind of tells me that they see the positioning similar. Size, and engine is...
Might consider looking at the Limited (chrome) and doing the add on packages to get to the tech level of the Plat trim.
Example: on Limited you can add on the 4WD all the time, and have bigger screen, media packageetc.
See if that gets you what you want with the styling that you prefer.
