Everest ORP Front XPEL PPF and 45% & 70% Tint

Just picked up my 4Runner from front end PPF (Headlight, front fenders, bumper, hood) and tint!

Xpel PPF

• Headlights
• Front Fenders
• Hood
• Bumper

Xpel XR tint

• 45% Driver and Passenger
• 70% on top of dyed factory glass
• 305 Windshield strip
• 45% moonroof

Overall I am very happy with the results. I know the tint is not too dark but it definitely seems to have darkened up perception the Everest color.

PPF alone was around $1900. Sure it can be done cheaper but these guys are pros and I am beyond happy with their work.

I just got quoted $1295 for font bumper, partial hood, partial fenders, headlights, fog lights and mirrors from Xpel by me. $2295 for full font.

Don't do partial panels. Go big or nothing at all. The line becomes a glue trap for dirt and can he noticed from a distance, becoming a 2 tone look eventually. Worse as the years go by.

Just fork over the coin for it all and do it right IMO.

I had 3M clear bar 1/4 up the hood on my Corvette and it looked terrible like you said. I had to get it fixed after a wreck and requested Xpel to replace it. It looks very good ever since even when dirty and it's been 2 years. The line is practically invisible unless you look for it.

It's the same shop that redid my Corvette, so it should be comparable. Plus $550 for the tint. I also don't plan to regularly wash the car. I just want to prevent rock chips from destroying the front. The car hasn't even arrived yet, so I have some time to think about it.
