I had the same part replaced, and the issue came back. So, standby....

For me, having the steering intermediate shaft fixed the issue. Temporarily. It came back about 700mi later, but maybe 500mi after that it strangely went away

Did you disconnect the battery beforehand?

Did you install the BD under-grille lights at the same time? You don't need to fully remove the bumper for those?

This is correct. No 2025 4Runners have TJA. Any mention online is an error.

I have the accessory wheels on my ORP Hybrid as well as bronze badging. I just purchased PT280-35221-5F for about $17 each, perfect fit for these wheels -- and now no more red that's out of place. BEFORE: AFTER: Bonus pics from earlier:

The issue is with the steering shaft on the 4Runner. Nothing to do with the issue on your 2005 Sienna.
