Was able to get these installed last night. Went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Took some muscle to get those rivet nuts secured but wasn't too bad, probably 5 min per hole

Yes, they send some silicone that you fill the spacers with before you bolt it down. Between that, rubber washer, and the other metal washer.. imagine it should take a lot for any water to get in there
