You could probably buy the proper connectors to wire to the DD pigtails. This way you won't have to cut into the factory harness. DD is on the forums, if people keep bringing it up, maybe they'll offer the proper wiring harness.
Just a heads up, my rigid fogs did not have H11 connectors. You'll need to cut the factory fog harness and connect some H11 connectors to them. I opted for the D-switch.

My PPF guy removed my fender flares to ensure that the PPF went behind them. This will prevent them from rubbing the paint off and reducing the chance of rust.
We did the same thing with the rear hatch handle since the 5th gen was notorious for the same issue.
