not sure if you can order them painted thru the parts dept. usually they come either as flat black or gloss black.

flat black you would have to go get them painted yourself.

think toyota stopped making painted wheel opening moulding a few years back.

about the price of an aftermarket air locker from ARB... I wonder if throwing one on a trd sport is a better option. If I recall vinyl wrap doesn't adhere to unpainted plastic either and you'll still need to paint it a little so it would stick. Unpainted parts on cars really bugs me.
