I got a buddy who has a trailhunter and did not want the stock tires/wheels so I took them off his hands (only 1000$ for all 4!). First off, will these fit on my SR5? I am planning to put them on this afternoon but before I get started I thought I’d post as I’ve never changed tires before. They have a +20mm offset and are 265/70/18 Toyo tires. Also, can I put these on myself? Is it as easy as jacking up each side, removing lug nuts, and swapping the tires? Will it cause trouble when I put these first tire on since it’s much bigger than my current ones? Also Tod my understanding I don’t have to do anything with TPMS if the new tires still have them inside?

sorry these may be basic questions but I’ve never changed tires before

The TH wheels will stick out much farther than your stock setup. You will need to code the TH TPMS to your 4runner, or pull your TPMS out of the SR5 and install into the TH wheels.

The 4Runner can store 2 sets of TPMS. Just follow the procedure in the owners manual, it's all done through the gauge cluster. Should take less than 5 minutes.
