Squeal noise when turning off the Trailhunter iForce Max engine

Does anyone else hear a squealing noise in the back of their hybrid when turning of the engine?

Every time I back into the garage and turn off the SUV, I hear a short squeal. The vehicle is stationary and it only happens when I shut off the vehicle.
