Keep audio settings??

Is there a way to keep your audio settings when you turn the car off and back on? Even though it's in my profile and I tried pressing the set L1 and everything. If I turn the bass up every time I turn the car back on it's reset to stock??

I'm not sure if something's messed up of my vehicle or what, but I have all sorts of problems that it seems like none of the settings get saved and I had issues with the seat locations getting saved and sometimes I randomly get in the car and my steering wheel moves and then I have to press L1 which makes no sense. I also have my home address saved in my profile on the Toyota app and then when I tell the computer to navigate home it says I have no home addresses saved and to set one up under favorites in the Toyota app, but there's no section called favorites in the Toyota app. The technology in this car has been the most frustrating thing to deal with.
