Trying to buy TRD Pro wheels. eBay has a bunch of knock offs and Toyota isn't exactly cheap. Rave seems to be middle of the road. Any opinions?

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain your experience. I will not be spending my money or effort dealing with them. Really appreciate it.Hey Jason. I joined this forum just to respond to your post.
Not a great experience with Rave Off-road. Ordered a set of TRD Pro wheels from Rave in May ’25 as I was not a fan of the TRD Sport wheels. Also Toyota Canada would not sell me TRD Pro wheels without TRD Pro Vin Number (figure that one out). They arrived damaged (dents and scratches on all 4) and upon inquiry I was told that they had to make an insurance claim with the courier before the new wheels could be sent. Once the claim was approved, approximately 10 days, they would send the new wheels along with a waybill to send the damaged ones back. After 2 weeks I contacted the company and was told the claim was taking longer than expected. After another month I contacted them again and again was told the claim had not been settled. Waited another month and was told the claim had been settled and the new wheels would be sent. Received an email a couple days later and was told the claim had only been partially settled so they would not be sending the wheels yet. Starting to get extremely frustrated at this point. Waited another month and received an email asking me to rate the quality of their service. So I contacted the company and told them that there was no way I could give them a positive review based on my experience. They then pivoted and said they would send the new wheels but I would have to pay for them again and they would consider refunding me after they received the damaged wheels. Obviously I refused referring them back to the original email in which they said they would send replacement wheels and would send along a waybill to resend them. At this point I received no further communication from them and finally gave up on receiving my wheels. They block negative reviews from their site and are not listed on Google so can’t review them there either, which is obviously why they can have such awful service and support. I was able to leave a 1 star review on Trust Pilot and the local city listing.
Would not recommend this company at all.
Pay a little more and get from a reputable Toyota parts department. I have read that some people have gotten good deals by searching around.
Sorry about the long winded response.
Hope this helps.![]()
