Welcome to the home of the 6th Gen 4Runner revolution.
Overland Tailor Tuning (OTT) has been the leading brand for 4Runner tuning as well as other Toyota platforms for the last several years – and we are hard at work. We are excited for all of the changes the new 4Runner generation brings to the market!
At OTT, we place a strong emphasis on integrity, transparency, and data-driven product development. These core principles guide our work on ECU calibrations, and we’re particularly excited about the 6G 4Runner. This platform has always stood out as Toyota’s favorite adventure SUV — equally at home on the highway, deep in the backcountry, or on long overland journeys. We see tremendous potential in this new generation and are dedicated to enhancing its performance, drivability, and efficiency, no matter where your 4Runner takes you.
Our home base is in Birmingham, AL, with our main research and development facility in Salt Lake City, UT. This American foundation allows us to rigorously test our calibrations at high altitudes and sea level, in mountainous terrain and desert flats, and everything in between. Whether your 4Runner is built for daily duty, cross-country trips, or remote overland travel, you can trust that our calibrations will deliver outstanding performance. We also prioritize environmental responsibility by using a 5-gas analyzer to ensure emissions remain well within standards, and we seek CARB-EO (50 State Legal) for our calibrations, such as our 3G Tacoma CARB EO D-883. All tunes are developed with full emissions equipment and sensors in place.
With a network of 70+ tuners across all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean, our tune is available wherever your travels take you. Most of our team is mobile and travel across their designated coverage areas (Retailers Map).
Our R&D testing for the 4G 4Runner is progressing rapidly, and we’re excited to share that our newly revised Stage 1 calibration went live this past Friday. Stage 2 and Stage 3 are already in the works and will be released very soon. We look forward to bringing these to the community, hearing your feedback, and helping you get the most out of your 4Runner.
