Easy SR5 MagSafe charger install in center console - DIY

Hey guys I thought I’d share what I did to get MagSafe charging in the console in front of the shifter on my SR5 (no wireless charger equipped). Simply taped an Apple puck using a roll of foam tape, which is the Same removable tape used for 3M Command hooks

used the standard grey automotive 3m foam tape and stuffed the cable up into the gap at the top.

yeah routing from the top looks better and the black helps blend in better.

might want to see about anchoring the cable, it may get loose from placing your phone in that spot repeatably.

The black definitely blends in better. I will say I can’t see the excess cable from my seat
