Just curious to why you would want to?

1. Improved appearance
2. Improved sound
3. Resiliency of stainless steel in a harsh environment - hazardous corrosive chemicals are used to melt snow & ice, ie, salt brine (sodium chloride) + salt aggregate, calcium chloride, and magnesium chloride
4. Increased backflow
5. increased horsepower
6. To entice people to ask why...

Reason #3 is interesting. I thought the OEM exhaust was Stainless but I could be wrong.
