So i just picked up the 25 Trailhunter. So far I love the power responsiveness and the upgrades to the interior and infotainment (although still have a few gripes). Also while I like it so far there is a part of my soul that feels wrong having let two 5th gens go (2014 and 2020) since they have bulletproof reliability. Who knows I may go back and up pick another down the road if funds provide. As for now I'm going to enjoy this one and go ahead early and do some mods so I can enjoy them. Truck will see mostly road but definitely medium trails. Not any King of Hammers shit as its my only ride. Ultimate goal is to pair it with an Off Grid trailer to tour the National Parks. Anyway here goes.

First up is just some minor aesthetic things. Ordered the 4runner lifestyle silicon lic plate and the Diode Dynamics rear hitch brake/reverse light...should be here in a couple of days.

Also I have a handful of BD lights that didn't get used on a previous build. I've got CBI ditch light brackets on order that will use a pair of squadrons I have and another pair of BD S2 white plus one S2 amber that I'm still undecided how to use. Most likely attach them to the rear rack assuming I can figure out the right brackets to work with the factory ARB rack. Speaking of which, while I'm not going to change it soon, the 3/4 ARB rack that comes on the Trailhunter I'm wondering if its a blessing or a curse and if I'm going to end up taking it off for a full size Gobi/Prinsu

And not to be ignored is the suspension. While I would love 35's I think I'm going to wait for the market to develop a little and see what other options come about in the future. Sure I rambled and missed some stuff but....cheers
