First of all, the most prominent image on the Amazon page is of a 5th Gen TRD Pro with the stock roof rack, which I am quite certain this thing is not compatible with.

This thing is also branded as both a "storage box" and a molle panel -- is it both? Does the "box" actually open to allow storage of (very small, skinny) items inside, behind the panel, up against the window glass? That seems like a terrible idea, and the Amazon page clearly states that the handle allows the user to "open, close, or adjust the storage box" but from looking at the pictures and watching the videos, I see no indication that this thing actually hinges or opens up at all. From what I can tell it's just a fat, high profile Molle panel and the provided images and videos do not demonstrate otherwise. If it's just a molle panel, fine, but market it as such. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It also mentions "magnetic attachment" and the provided image shows what looks like a strip of painter's tape directly on the paint. This is not present in the install video at all -- what's going on here? Does this thing require an additional attachment point below the window? Does it expose the magnets directly to the body panel? Either way, this looks like an instant paint ruiner.

I realize the Amazon page is almost certainly AI generated, but at the very least, do some basic proofreading, get a picture of the correct model 4Runner that it's actually compatible with, and don't lie about its capabilities. This looks like blatant false advertising.

I have a few of your other, cheaper items like the door inserts and seat back liners and have been perfectly happy with those purchases, so please take this as constructive criticism -- this Amazon listing is embarrassing, probably false advertising, and is a huge red flag for your company as a whole.
