maybe not a defect but good to catch QC issues. If not consistent across units, could very well be considered a paint defect. Would not have killed them to spend the 1 extra second to hit those center spots in any case.

So yours is not like this? Can you share a photo? If people can comment with their trim and share photos maybe we can narrow down who got burned and have something we can go back to the dealer with when they say “trust us, it’s normal”.

What bothers me is that it’s pretty noticeable through the holes in the lower grille on the TRD OR. I get that those cutouts are for lights but it takes away from the fit and finish to be able to see it without lights installed.

Has anyone else noticed unfinished paint on some of the cross members in the engine compartment? I could see through the grille that it was much lighter color than the surrounding parts and when I took the cover off, this is what I saw.

47k for my TRD Off Road

Picked up a 2025 TRD Off-Road for the wife today. Paid 47 on a 51.5 sticker, plus 2k for a platinum extended warranty (coverage up to 75k miles). Think we did okay, but please let me hear it if we got robbed. edit: we got robbed on the EW. Told the finance guy when we bought that I would check...
