Put this setup on my SR5 and haven't noticed a negative thing at all. Road noise is a little louder due to increased tread but other than that it rides and feels as good as stock.

No major impacts. I have notice a mile maybe two mpg difference. But I also took off the air dam at the same time. I have not been diligently watching my mpg usage. All I knew is that the cheap-o stock tires that come on the SR5 needed to go. Toyota should be embarrassed for putting those things...
