Does not fit my TH rock sliders.

This is typically a sign of oil leaking into the turbo. Not specific to 4Runners but any vehicle equipped with a turbocharger can have this happen. Usual suspects are turbo internal seals failing. Other potential causes can be coolant leaks and blown head gasket.
