  7. Toyota OEM Rear Recovery Hook (Part number # PT974-89251-03 and PT974-89251-AA)

    Torque to 70Nm (51.6 ft/lbs) I ordered the part and it came without instructions. Went to my local Toyota and they printed out the instructions for me. That's what the instructions say.
