Did the dealer have to verify the squeal for you all before they agreed to order the parts under the TSB? Mine wants to verify it (which is outlined in the TSB) before they will go ahead and order it. My ORP just does it in the morning when pulling out of the driveway so the service tech isn’t...
My 2026 ORP just started doing it at around 1.5k miles. Doesn’t sound like the TSB “fix” is worth bothering with at this time. Can’t believe there is no real fix for this yet.
I don’t get why there isn’t a second hook in the back. I have an old wood canoe and you want two tie downs in the front and two in the back to secure it best. I can tie down to the hitch but a second hook would be much better.
I’ve got a 2026 ORP but haven’t used the back up assist yet due to the boat being stuck in snow until recently. Hoping to try it out in the next couple of weeks.

I like my Contour Husky liners and they fit great. There’s a couple spots on the drivers side that aren’t totally flat (like yours) but I’ll put a hair dryer to them when I have the chance and they should be fine. I’ve had Husky liners for my 3 other 4Runner and have had no interest in trying...
Is there a 2026 allocation list now? Both 4Runner lists just show either factory to port, port to dealer or at dealer for shipping status. I thought it previously listed “build phase“ which I don’t currently see.
