I had the same concern but it was less the hard plastic and more of the square edge. It's not terrible but i would also probably be interested in some kind of pad.

2016 Tacoma TRD-Off Road (mostly stock except for a light-bar and eventual wildpeaks) straight to the 4Runner. Absolutely loved the truck but the backseat starts to get small when you start planning for a family.

Anyone know if the front/rear seat mats for a non-hybrid would work on the hybrid? I realize the cargo mat would be different, but i don't see any reason why the front/back seat mats wouldn't fit. LasFit unfortunately were unable to give an answer on that.

Ordered the Cali-Raised light bar grill kit. Will post results when installed.
