I went from a 2017 Jeep Wrangler to the 2025 Toyota 6Gen 4Runner. The Toyota is a much more enjoyable ride, and steering is a lot better. Toyota also is much more reliable. You will be glad that you didn't get the Jeep.

I too have the TRD Sport Premium but have never had a noticeable smell. I live in FL and always have the windows up and the A/C on and my vehicle is always in a garage when not in use. The garage is very hot in summer however, but still no smell.

I did both the manual adjustment as in E.T.'s post and installed pool noodles as in plankton's post.

I am only getting about 16.9 MPG but I drive mostly city and have 20in Nitto Grapplers on my vehicle so that reduces the MPG somewhat. Also the tank will show empty with a 2 gal reserve still in the tank. making 17 gal fill a 19 gal tank.

I went to my local dealer at 1,200 and paid $95 for oil, filter and labor. You got ripped off for sure. I would not only tell the Service Manager but also the General Manager, the Owner and Toyota.

I took mine is at 1,000 miles. Paid $90. Will go again at 5,000 miles and every 5,000 after that. The 10,000 and 20,000 should be free.

If you don't cancel the maintenance plan make sure it is accepted at any Toyota dealer and not just the selling dealer. You may want to take your vehicle to another dealer in the future.
