Hi skuds123 -lots of post on this subject. I had the same problem two days after buying the 4R. Here's a video shot by the Toyota tech that resolved the issue. Take it to the dealer show them the video and have them fix it. C/G
OEM front and rear. Lasfit for cargo - very happy with the Lasfit; no curling at the edges, holds stuff in place, and I like the back of the second row covered. Wondering what the carpet(?) against the back of the seat is going to look like when I peel the Lasfit velcro away....
