New styling in and out. New powertrain. I test drove the iForce and liked it but held out for the iForceMax and glad I did. Great torque and acceleration for a mid size SUV. Toyota dependability.
Regarding the CBI rails and the TRD OR. Getting the bolts through the warranty is the way to go. However, they were slow to respond and I got impatient, so I contacted ATC Specialty Products regarding there box bolts. The unthreaded holes measure 1/2”. They recommended 5/16” box bolt and said...
Ericd6972,
I specifically spoke to the people at Westcott designs regarding the roof rack and the moonroof. They told me that it fits fine. I have it on order.
I’ve had the same ones on order for the last 3 weeks. I just got notified that they are shipping March 6th.
I removed the running boards as I didn’t like the step over, plus I wanted more protection. How far do these protrude from the body?
Here in Las Vegas I paid $5500 for Xpel. Everything with exception of the roof and tailgate. Would have been $6400 for complete. Other quotes were as high as $8000 complete.
I’ll ceramic coat the roof.
Definite sticker shock!
I canceled my order on a trailhunter because of that. The wife nixed it. I also wasn’t in favor of the interior color. So I opted for a Trd off-road premium max instead. I’ll just try building it up like the trailhunter.
I also put deposits down at two dealerships. The first for a TRD off-road non-hybrid, before the hybrids came out, and the second for a trailhunter. But yesterday found a TRD off-road premium hybrid for $900 off MSRP. And put a deposit on that one today. Should be at the dealership within a week.
TRD Pro $72k plus tax is $77000. Add additional $5k plus tax is $83.5k. Sorry, not worth it in my opinion. To be upside down on a vehicle the minute you sign, is financial stupidity.
