The IsTempVIN column indicates if the VIN shown in the VIN column is a temporary VIN. If IsTempVIN is True then that VIN is a temporary VIN and, if false then that VIN is not a temporary VIN (i.e. it is the real VIN). For Toyotas you can also tell that it is a temporary VIN in that there...
So I can see it on the dealer website but I can't see it using the Toyota Search inventory function (https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory) which is what the spreadsheets are constructed from.
So not sure why.
So the Options in a cell are ordered case insensitive ascending order. Each option has a "| " preceding it (except the very first one) and a " " at the end of it (except the very last one).
For example:
50 State Emissions | All Weather Cargo Mat | All Weather Floor Liners | Badge Inserts...
Yeah, that is weird.
"Factory to port" - Allocated, or in production, or on the ship, or sitting at the port
"Port to dealer" - Checked in at the port and in the process of moving from the port to the dealership lot.
So it's most likely at the port still and I'm guessing they either missed...
Note: In the "Model" column drop down select any line with "TRD Off-Road Premium ..." in it as I don't know if those are only PT4WD or if they can be other drivetrains (i.e. may be more than one line with "TRD Off-Road Premium" in it)
Yes, in Excel select the entire sheet and then select the Data tab, and Filter symbol to enable filtering on the column headings.
Then on the "Model" column drop down select any "TRD Off-Road Premium ..." selection , and on the "Options" column drop down click on "Text Filters" --> "Does not...
I think you mean the Pre Sold column was True which is different than it being removed from the Toyota search inventory website. Under normal circumstances when it is removed from the Toyota search inventory website, I'm guessing the dealer no longer wants to get inquiries on it. When Pre...
FYI The allocation spreadsheets were down from July 23 to July 27 due to my internet being down during that time. I'm getting a new modem within 5 business days so hopefully my old one hangs on until then.
Yeah, it's not showing as inventory on the https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/ website which is what the spreadsheets are updated with. So looks like the dealer has hidden it from that database.
Interesting that they are still showing it on their website. Does it show Sale Pending on their website? Also if you do a search at https://www.toyota.com/search-inventory/ using the zip code of that dealer does it show up there?
It generally means the dealer considers it sold and does not want to show it in inventory. However, your vehicle may be caught up in this QC hold thing that has been discussed in this thread. When did you last see it on the spreadsheet? (or private message me the VIN).
See the Readme.txt file for descriptions of those fields. A Pre Sold = True usually means the car Sale is pending/considered sold for all practical purposes, or promised to a specific person, and not available although the Hold Status might appear as Available sometimes. So when looking for...
So, since it does not appear in the sold spreadsheet, it must have disappeared from the Toyota search inventory website before April 8 as that is when I added the sold files functionality. So I think you going to have to ask your dealer.
