I’m sure there are a bunch of folks that would benefit from the onboard air build out but I’ve always been able to easily refill my low tires with a small recharge system like this.
Related but unrelated, I was trying to kill a bug on my windshield and was amazed when I hit the bug the whole windshield moved like it was barely being held in. Toyota really needs to do better with these windows.
Not technically difficult but time consuming. It took me 45 minutes to install them. Here are the instructions in case it helps answer your question. https://toyotaparts.sparkstoyota.com/install/PK389-35S00-TPinst.pdf
I haven’t noticed anything. For what it’s worth the tire store mentioned the door jam sticker is the minimum tire pressure. I was told my Michelin tires should be over 36 PSI. (I’m not sure how factual that is but my MPG is better)
I just bought the Dongar Pro so parking mode would work. I haven’t installed it yet. Did you hook up to the ceiling connector or review mirror? @Dongar
I can confirm this is the same with my new 4R. It appears these windows are attached to the gasket and then clipped into place...very cheap in my opinion for a $65,000 new car.
