I wasn’t able to find a part specifically for third row. It looks like it can be done with some modding. I gotta figure out how to get to the lower anchor point to pass the belt through after I try to match the cutout.

This looks promising. There is an insert where the seatbelt exits the panel. If I can match the cutout, it might turn out better than I thought.
